i downloaded realplayer downloader. trying to download videos from youtube. when I go to download a video .replayer says unable to download. how can I fix this problem . thank you.

  We have a known issue with certain videos where Downloader is not able to detect them to download. This issue started recently and our engineering team is investigating this issue. We will send you an email as soon as we have an update.
