  Can you please confirm which version of RealPlayer is installed?

  The latest version is 18.1.14.202. If this is not what you have, please follow these steps to resolve your issue.

  1. Open RealPlayer.
  2. Click the RealPlayer logo on top left corner, then Check for Update:
  3. Check "Update to RealPlayer with RealTimes" and click Install.
  4. Follow the online instructions and update RealPlayer.
  5. Once completed, please restart RealPlayer.
