Can't download HD

I have been downloading videos in up to 720p using the free version of realplayer for quite some time. Just recently real downloader stopped downloading videos at higher than 360p. I purchased an upgrade from the free version and I am still having the same problem. I am signed in and have tried signing out and signing back in and rebooting the computer and the problem persists. I have tried downloading from internet explorer (I normally use chrome) and have the same problem there.

  Can you please provide us a sample link of a video that is available higher than 720p? If you are signed in correctly and don't see an "Upgrade to Premium" on the top right corner, please let us know.
