end of file: error parsing ac3 audio stream

I've updated my REAL PLAYER AND completed all current updates and I'm still getting this  message  " end of file: error parsing ac3 audio stream "  after re-starting my player .  What else can I do ,  short of  deleting my REAL PLAYER and re-downloading the entire REAL PLAYER again ....  my email address is :  jjdds431@gmail.com   Thanks for your help in advance.
