    2. Are you signed into your Cloud account?

    The problem is there is NO way to see how much space you have left in the real player cloud. No email support.   can someone help?

    John,

    Please follow these steps to see how much of Cloud space you have.

    1. Click https://realtimes.real.com/account#login and sign into your account.

    2. Click your name on the top right corner and you will see "Used Storage"

    This will indicate how much Cloud space you have used and the balance.

    Hello, I have used about 1/2 of my cloud, thank you for the help.

    Im having an issue with my ROKU real-player app. when I try to view a video, it says something like its not available, yet as i check my real-player account videos the video im trying to view is in fact in the cloud. I did an update on my smart TV (TCL) but it didn't help,

    Please help, thank you
