trimmer function file parsing error

the earlier free version I as using worked great, now that I bought plus I'm having nothing but trouble. the trimmer function doesn't work most of the time, the only way I can use this is if I use Audials to convert mp4 to mp4 and then try to trim. I'm glad I didn't spend a lot of money on this crap, well done real networks! I'll be uninstalling this and use the windows trimmer function. at least I know it works properly.

  Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to playback/trimmer. You can install it from the link below:

  http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm

  After installing the codec, restart your computer and try trimming the videos again.
