Realplayer 18 installation errors

Completely deleted RP16 per instructions and loaded RP 18.1.14.202.

There is no 'all media' option to load AND the videos option has no 'details view' (like "music" has) but only 'thumbnail view' or 'content view'.  Can't change 'categories'.

Deleted and re-loaded but still the same.

Is there a fix for this or should I just reinstall RP16?

  We have made design changes to RealPlayer v.18. You can only find your files under the various topics such as "Video", "Photos", "Music" etc...

  Please note that, older versions are not available in our system, and we are no longer supporting RealPlayer 16 and any version before that.

  As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it's not possible for us to continue supporting older products.

  Thanks, I think.

  But no 'details view' except for music?!

  Looks like VLC for me.
