    Did you receive any recent Windows Updates? We have read reports that the latest Windows updates stopped playing audio. To confirm this, please try to play the same file with a different player like Window Media Player. If it plays the audio, then something is wrong with RealPlayer. If it doesn't play on Windows Media Player either, you may have to contact Microsoft.

    Please let us know the outcome.
