I Can't create a new playlist and I can't add clips to a playlist. Realplayer (v.18) is not working properly

  If you are trying to create a playlist or add clips to a playlist from the "Queue" feature, please be aware that our engineers are working on resolving it. 

  Instead, you can create a playlist and add clips to the playlist by following these steps:

  1. Open RealPlayer

  2. Click on Playlists from the left pane

  3. Click Organize and click New Playlist

  4. Name your Playlist and click Ok

  5. Add clips to this Playlist (You will be prompted if you want to add clips)
