To get my cloud contents from other computer

I bought  a new PC and I did the corresponding sign in. However the Cloud contents that I get from my home computer is not available at this new portable PC. What must I do?

  Please make sure you are signed into both your RealPlayers on your PCs with the same email address. In addition, please make sure your Preferences in the PC app is as shown in the pic below.
