Library locking
I sign in to Real player and choose a download from my Library as soon as I click on my selection the Volume slider reduces to 50% and the whole YouTube screen is locked. I have to restart my PC in order to try again but the same thing happens all over again.
I have tried for over a week now to try and overcome this, I have a fairly new HP PC and run Windows 10. Real Player ran perfectly before.
Are you having technical problems?

Can you please clarify if RealPlayer freezes when you try to play the files already stored in your PC library or if you open YouTube through RealPlayer?
