cannot trim all videos
I can convert all videos but can only trim some videos. Why ?

You should be able to trim all videos as long as they are compatible formats for RealPlayer. Can you please let us know the file format of a video that you are not able to trim? And, what error message you see when you trim the file.

The format is RealMedia. The video's are definitely downloaded and I can play them back as well as convert them but as I mentioned, I can only trim some of them. The trimmer shows "Drag Files Here" but I can't do that either. Jeff Beck : Morning Dew from the live + album is one of those examples

Correction, the files are Web M video files

Do you see any error messages when trimming WebM videos? Rather than dropping it in Trimmer, can you add the file and see what happens?
We just tested a WebM file and it adds to the trimmer by Drag and dropping as well as adding it.

I've tried both of those methods and have had no success. Just out of curiosity, I seem to remember that previous free versions of RealPlayer came with 3 initial updates . This one has only come with 2. Could that be the issue ?
