RealPlayer after update doesn't play old files

I made mistake - made update my RealPlayer. Afer that it doesn' play files, that I could listen before. For examle, ra files from this page:

RP write me that i nead download new software. That is absurd - because before update it was worked, but OK. I made update - and situation the same - it ask me make new update. 

That is unaceptable

  Same here. I installed updated realplayer and videos have no sound during playback now.  GOOD JOB real player.  You suck as always!!!

  Eric,

  The issue you are facing is different to what this post is about. To resolve your issue,

  1.  Play any audio or video file with RealPlayer
  
  2. Right click on the volume icon in your task bar as shown in the screenshot below:
  
  
  
  3. You will receive a few options while the very first one will be Open Volume Mixer
  
  
  
  4. You will see RealPlayer here as shown in the screenshot below
  
  
  
  If the volume ticker is all the way down, you will need to move it up. In any case, please send me the screenshot of what you are seeing here in Volume Mixer.
