$700.00 for new computer STILL GET UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD

Was told by RealPlayer tech supports that my old computer was too slow to download videos from RealPlayer.

So, I purchased a brand new HP Solid State computer. It has all the bells and whistles a computer needs to have, Over $700.00.

Downloaded RealPlayer and tried to download a video and I still get the same old "Unable To Download" notice.

This really is quite frustrating to say the very, very least,

  Our engineering team released a new version which fixes the download issue.

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
