It's been months maybe even a year since I "upgraded"  to this current monstrosity you call a product,which was absolutely FINE prior to the UPDATE. I might be able to download SOME videos but I CANNOT play Jack S@#t !!!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing but garbled, pixelated, slow BS. What is it exactly that I payed for again? I'm pretty sure It wasn't this horse shit! I've contacted you about this before and to present NOTHING! Again, one more time, what are you doing about this, and why can't I just have the previous version BACK
