I already followed the directions for this title that I'm leaving here and it didn't work. I feel like I was scammed. I can't get ahold of anyone to get this fixed and I purchased this for my son for his birthday and now I can't buy anything else for him since I just spent $39.99!!! I'm frustrated. This has been the hardest year of my life and I wasted my money.

I have looked all over the community for help with this issue. My system is already set up under the preferences the way that it was suppose to be so I didn't get to reset the preference under DVD to the RBG option because it was already there.  What else can I do.

It was actually working until it came up with a prompt that said need to download update in order to run DVD (something like that) so I did and I watched the intro of the DVD that was playing until it finished the update and it stopped working. GRRRR. I've never been so frustrated with something in my life. It has taken my over a year to decide that I just need to bite the bullet and pay for this if I want a DVD player on my computer.  I should have done something else.

Please help me!!!
