 Hi ive download realPlayer on my PC when I want to download a video from YoutUbe etc. its unable to download tried to retry but still wont download

  We have resolved this in our latest version of RealPlayer. To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

  At YouTube download I am now always told that there would not be enough store where to store on my PC - but free is 0.5 TByte both on HD and on extern HD ?

  Can you please let us know where your Downloader is configured to download videos?

  1. Open RealDownloader

  2. Click the RealDownloader logo on the top left corner and click Preferences

  3. What does "Save local files to" read? (Screenshot below)
