Realdownloader crashed and left a couple of temp files on the computer. Can I recover them?

Hi. I downloaded quite a few videos. Realdownloader crashed and left two tempfiles on my computer. Is there a way to know the url for these tempfiles, so I can re-download?

  Unfortunately, the temp files don't have the information of the URL in the temp files. The best way is to go back to the video and re-download.

  I thought so.  The problem is I can't remember the url.  But thanks, anyway.
