YOU SUCK
I used to enjoy realplayer and I've been using it faithfully for over ten years. However this new model your going with sucks majorly. Things it used to let you do for free you now have to pay for. realcloud was nice when it first started but it wasn't that great and the same could be said for the realcloud. My major problem however is the thing I always used it for playing music is no longer valid. I had playlists that I used regularly and now that I got a new computer I can't even access that playlist. That said after a long time this is most likely my goodbye to real products, there are many out there now and I'm sure I can find one better that isn't as blatantly disrespectful.

You can't access playlists created on one PC from another PC. This is not how the product is designed. A playlist consists of files stored on that PC.
