Sound problems

Purchase new DVD , played with great video on real Player, BUT, no sound, changed to an older DVD , still have video , BUT no sound, I just done a up date on my real Player. Try to call company, NO phone now, try to find E mail NO e mail, the OLD realplayer had phone support,  now nothing !  this is sad.

  The issue you are facing is a Windows settings.

  To resolve your issue, please follow these steps.
  
  1.  Play any audio or video file with RealPlayer
  
  2. Right click on the volume icon in your task bar as shown in the screenshot below:
  
  
  
  3. You will receive a few options while the very first one will be Open Volume Mixer
  
  
  
  4. You will see RealPlayer here as shown in the screenshot below
  
  
  
  If the volume ticker is all the way down, you will need to move it up. In any case, please send me the screenshot of what you are seeing here in Volume Mixer.
