Can't change primary email or add alternate

I am trying to change my primary email as it is longer in existence but it won't let me or it won't let me add an alternative.  If they are sending a verification to the primary on file, since it no longer exists how do I resolve this issue? The existing email is annaoop1941@hughes.net (changed internet provider) and I want it changed to annaoop@roadrunner.com (new internet provider Spectrum).  The alternate that is my alternate is :insulatorartbyanna@roadrunner.com.  Can you help me???

  We have updated your account to reflect annaoop@roadrunner.com as your primary email address. You should now be able to sign into RealPlayer with annaoop@roadrunner.com.

  How can I add an alternate email to my Real Player account? I wish to change my Primary email address etc but it won't allow me to. This is a very difficult site to navigate.
