Lost private files

 My old computer crashed and I have only just got a new one. My last plan should have run untill 2/2019 and I have set up a new payment of £34.99 but am unable to view my old files.

  Would you know where your files were stored? Were they stored in the hard disk or in the Cloud?

  If you have had those files stored in the hard disk, you will need to manually transfer those files to your new PC. RealPlayer is a media player that plays the files stored in that PC.
