Why your product doesn't work
I downloaded your product to my laptop and I went to play the DVD, which wasn't easy to navigate for a novice. Each time I hit the PLAY DVD button it took me to a site to BUY an upgrade (I thought this was a FREE program!)
When I got my DVD in and got it to boot up (or so I thought), I was told Real Player needed an update of software to play the DVD (this is what it told me for even regular off the store shelf DVD's, not just privately produced ones). Why did your advertisement talk about being able to play "nearly every kind of DVD produced in the USA", if it isn't true?
