I see I am not the only one having trouble with this, others want an answer also don't they???????????????????well I still want my money back for the driver up date you put on here ,oh I also am having trouble with my mail coming into the box like it did before this was done. so help me now

I redownloaded your new replacement yesterday after noon , It is corrupted worse than the one it replaced.
click music in the library it opens artist/ Album the dropdown is blank and will change not the field to any other such as Artist or all music or anything else. this is as bad as it gets. I've used Real Player for years to make music CD's for my radio show but it keep getting worse over time it is also very unstable. I have paid you twice for your services but you have erased that but one plus for you have left premium Burn in place.. Please correct this so I cam make the CD's I'll need soon.
