Unable to Burn

I had to replace my desktop due to hardware issues. Reinstalled RealPlayer Plus. Everything appeared to be fine. Tried to burn DVD. Received error. RealPlayer burn system failed to initialize. Is there another piece of software I need? DVD drive is GH82N.

  Are you able to play a DVD or a CD using a different media player like Windows Media Player? You will need to sign into RealPlayer if you have the Plus v.18 purchased.

  Yes I have signed in. Yes I am using Plus. Able to burn with another player. Version 18.1.15.215. Check for update shows current version installed.
