When I played my downloaded video used to play with no problem some how it changed the size of the picture and get blurt. I tried to change the hardware setting but I kept getting shattered screen and sound and picture not matching. Anything I should be doing to fix

  What happens when you try to play the same video using a different media player like Windows Media Player? Can you please attach a screenshot of the playback picture?
