On Jan 23, 2019 I cannot play downloaded files in realplayer library

When I click on a saved video it just freezes and will not play the downloaded video. Most if not all are from the internet you tube videos.

The whole program freezes and I have to hit close window to get it off my screen

  I'm having the same problem as Chris.The whole screen locks on clicking Play and I have too close it to get it off the screen. Its a shame I like Real when it works but I've had so much trouble lately I may not be renewing my subscription later this year.
