upgrade
I paid 24.99 logged in (after restarted RealPlayer) and it says I must switch to UPGRADE as I am using the free system. No phone # no customer service, looks as if I have to tell my credit card company you did not deliver said goods, and cancel the payment. Whats really messed up is I had already purchased the upgrade 6 months ago. When I had to reinstall the player, it deleted all my videos and said I was using the free version. Used to be yall had some integrity, now you've turned RealPlayer into a farce. markmner@gmail.com Look it up, Ive paid twice for nothing. Your not going to get away with this fraud I guarantee it!
