No video during playback

After uninstalling my older release and installing Realplayer 18.1.15.215 I only get sound but no video during playback. I uninstalled that a re-installed a much older version that was saved to my laptop. I was able to play videos from an older playlist and also can play videos in Windows media player. I did notice that I received a compression error during the installation so I disabled all of my AV software and continued. I'm using Windows 7 64 bit. What can I do to resolve this issue?

  I purchased and downloaded real video and it will not play DVD video. Audio only. Cant get it to run. What Now? Windows 10
