    If you've changed computers or if you have installed a different version of RealPlayer, there is nothing much that can be done to retrieve your files.

    Thanks, on a previous occasion I was told to update to the latest version of real player, so I guess that person had no clue of what they were talking about. So I guess I’m screwed. Would they still be retrievable in the premium version?
