Private Mode

Quite some time ago I contacted you re the loss of private mode in the free to use player. I received some instructions on how to recover the files, however these insrtuctions were incorrect. They assumed on clickimg top left icon Iwould see the disused private mode tab.I couldnt then and still can't. Without purchasing the premium player, how do I recover my files?

  If you've changed computers or if you have installed a different version of RealPlayer, there is nothing much that can be done to retrieve your files.

  Thanks, on a previous occasion I was told to update to the latest version of real player, so I guess that person had no clue of what they were talking about. So I guess I’m screwed. Would they still be retrievable in the premium version?

  Can you please confirm if you have the same computer? We could try and see if we are able to retrieve some of them.
