My Smart TV Is Not Uploading Real Player Library
I have a Samsung "Smart" TV. Up until a couple of weeks ago whenever I opened Realplayer from TV's Internet feature the Library would populate with thumbs of videos saved in cloud and added recently. Virtually all videos that I upload are done on my computer station...have no problem with Library populating on it...only on this TV. I have tried uninstalling...by deleting RP from history on Smart TV...all I get is a green box composed of four small green squares which undulates forever and never populates the Library. Since it is a "Smart" tv many of the things which you suggest such as a complete uninstall do not seem readily available...any thoughts on how to kick start this again so it will work?

We have never officially supported RealPlayer on any Samsung smart TV. Our player is not designed to work on these devices. If it worked earlier, you probably have used the Samsung's browser application to sign in to RealCloud. They may have made changes to their application hence it is not working now for you. The only workaround is to connect a PC to your smart TV and view your Cloud content either through RealPlayer or from a web browser installed on your PC.
