invalid index

I have 2 issues:

1.  My burned to DVD videos were all distorted when I played it on my dvd player as if it was a pal secam player. I tried to use another DVD burner to check it out and the DVD played ok.

 

2. Now recently I tried to burn a video but there was a popped up error saying

      "Invalid Index" how can I fix these issues?

  To resolve the DVD playback issue after burning, you could resolve this by converting the video files to .MP4 using RealConverter. Once you have converted them, burn to a DVD. To test this, we suggest you start with a few videos. If it burns and plays back correctly, you can do the same to all your videos.

  Can you please let us know what file format this video is that threw the "Invalid Index" message?
