Downloading Videos

I can download videos, but then it won't Import the video.

I have reinstalled and still does the same thing?

Please help.

  Are you importing the video to your RealPlayer library? If so, it should automatically import into your library. It is possible, your file is being downloaded to a different folder and not to the default "Videos" folder. If you are downloading these videos to a different folder, you will need to go to the Preferences to add the new folder. Here is how you do it.

  1. Open RealPlayer

  2. Click the RealPlayer logo on the top left corner and click Preferences

  3. Under Library & Device Sharing, you will find "Watch these folders for new content to add to PC library", please click Add folder and make sure you add the folder you have your videos downloaded to.
