I have seen that there are alternatives in MediaMonkey, Windows Media Player and others. I liked the format of my version 10 gold and am considering updating.

I WILL NOT update unless i can see one, the choice is yours. IN ADDITION,  i want more information because your website is very sparse on information about the new version. You say you are responsive to public opinion but your attitude denies this. You try to extoll the virtues of you system with lots of verbage but no graphical displays or assurances that I can keep the old version nonetheless. You obfuscate when the public asks for support by not having a direct line for support. You make it difficut because you call this a "blog". It's not, its a request for further information (and difficult to get to) before spending my hard earned cash on a system which will become outdated in time.

I dont want to install the free version and update to the paid version later because it will usurp my current version which my be difficult to reinstall.

As for your public relations, I am not getting any positive vibes.
