downloader not working in Edge or Chrome

recently the downloader stopped working, repeatedly giving message that downloadable video not found. I have followed the steps offered, restarting RP downloader in Edge followed by closing and reopening browser - negative results.

I've followed instructions offered in the bulletin announcing problem repaired - with negative results.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Real Player - still NEGATIVE results.  

The downloader works in IE11.

How do I resolve this??

  Do you have any firewall installed? It is most likely your firewall program is blocking the Downloader from showing up with your Edge or Chrome browser. You can "allow" all RealPlayer,RealDownloader items shown in your Firewall program. You may contact your Firewall company to enable them.
