HELP!!!!!!
Keep getting error saying Key exchange for DVD copy protection failed on EVERY dvd I try after I paid $40. I already went to preferences , dvd, and made sure it's on RGB and that didn't work. All I want to do is play DVD's I bought at the store.

This message indicates that your DVD drive is set to a different region. Can you please provide the following information.
1. Are you located in US, Europe or Asia?
2. Would you know which "Region" the DVDs are?
Please note: There are multiple regions depending on where you live.

I'm in the US but it's too late now. My mom lives across the country so I can't fix it for her and there is no way I can talk her through this. She is old and doesn't understand anything about computers which is why I was trying to set up what should have been a very simple straight forward product. Had I known it wasn't just going to work and it would take support 3 days to reach out and start trying to help I never would have bought your product. At this point it was a complete waste of $40 so I would really just like a refund.
