No, the problem has NOT been fixed!

I keep getting messages that no videos are found at this address.  I have followed all of your steps including rebooting my computer.  Nothing has reset.  I even re-downloaded Realplayer-- still it doesn't work.  What gives?  What do I do now?

  We are aware of some changes made on websites like YouTube which has caused RealDownloader to not download videos.

  Our engineers are working on resolving this issue. We will email you as soon as it is resolved.

    I concur!!!  I've rebutted my computer twice, and I restarted my modem.

  YouTube videos I downloaded just 12 hours ago say "no video found".

    What's the problem?????
