I like realdownloader but out of 5 star I would only give one.  I am on a very slow system, it is a province wide wifi and my speed is usually less than 1.

I use mostly opera and when I can use its downloader or maybe it is windows downloader, I love it.  If it stops downloading, I just have to press resume and it continues from where it had stopped.

With realdownloader, many times I am almost done, like 10% or less and it stops downloading.  I have to start all over again.  It sure would be nice if I would not loose what I have already downloaded.  I have seen many times waiting for an hour or more just to crash and I have to start all over again.  I find if I keep the mouse cursor moving over the progress bar, it will download but I have to keep tickling the progress bar, sometimes for over 1 hour.  It is no fun to just sit there for over an hour tickling the progress bar but it is the only way I can get it not to crash.  I know a faster speed of internet would probably solve the problem but it is just not available.  Can you please install a resume button so we can save hours of tickling your progress bar and save our sanity.  This also creates more traffic on our system thus slowing the internet for everbody.

Hope to see this change before too long.
