I have a realplayer account. After a recent Windows10 update from Microsoft, I click on my realplayer icon and it comes up. My library is intact and when I go to web videos, the poster video is here and plays. When I go to the searchbox and search fo something it says not authorized. Then I click on sign in and it says you are not connected to realplayer!!!! what's up?

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
