By default all videos are downloaded to your Videos folder (C:\Users\<Your PC Name>\Videos\RealTimes\RealDownloader) in your PC library. If you've made changes to them, you can find where you've set RealDownloader to download it to.

    1. Open RealDownloader

    2. Click RealDownloader on the top left corner and click Preferences

    3. You will find the location of where you files are saved in "Save local files to:"

Alternately, you can right click on a downloaded video in your RealPlayer library, right click on it and click Locate File

Please note: We have no idea what your stored location would be if you made any changes.

I went to preferences and I set the location to Libraries, videos, real downloader, real times.

But the files STILL show up in C: user/public/public videos/ etc., etc

That is how Windows folder structure is designed and it is not a RealPlayer issue.

I have 3 Windows laptops.  The other two download videos to the library video section, NOT the C: user . . . . section.

When this occurred a year or so ago, someone from REAL contacted me and fixed it.  How it came undone - I have no clue.  It just seems strange that I have to go to C:\Users\<Your PC Name>\Videos\RealTimes\RealDownloader when I specify that it should go to the more easily accessible library for videos.

    Am I not understanding something?

    I think I solved it.
