Subtitles when Playing RealMedia HD?

When playing RealMedia HD recordings, is there a way to make subtitles of dialog displayed?  When playing British programs, I cannot always make out what is being said.  Can I turn subtitling on so I can better understand what is happening?

  Unfortunately, we don't support subtitles at this time. Our product team is working on it and will be released in a future version.

  Thank you for your response.  I look forward to the features inclusion.

  I have noticed that my Realplayer no longer indicates that it is the Plus version as it had been.  Is there still a Plus version?  I know at some point I had purchased it; but strangely enough, I haven't run across features I have lost. 

  Should I still have the Plus version now, or do I have to purchase it again?

  You will need to sign into RealPlayer with your email address. We see that your annual subscription is cancelled but valid till 7/18/19. Our support department has promised to send you an email on 7/18/19 to request you to re-subscribe.
