This error usually shows up if there is a problem with either the DVD Disk or the DVD burner it self. Can you try with an alternate brand of DVD disk?
Please let us know the outcome.

i need you all to fix my dvd burner i just resubscribed for 49.99 the premium plan and now i can't burn my home movies to dvd disc anymore. it was working fine a week ago. why is it not working now what did you all do to my burner or software. i been using your software a few years now up until now i was happy.check my account i'm paid in full.
oh and by the way you don't have some of my profile infomation correct. i tried to change it it would not let me.
