Account status at realtimes.real.com is not correct
Depending on how I log in real.com can show me as using a Free account or the Plus account I purchased last year.
I have version 18.1.11.204 which should allow me to run Plus, but Plus is gone.
Is it possible to ever talk to a live support person?

We see that you have an active RealPlayer Plus under your gmail address. You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features. In addition, the version you are having is a very old one. We are currently on 18.1.17.202. Please follow the instructions from the below link to update to the latest version.

I have installed 18.1.17.202. Not sure I've got the Plus version. Previously, Plus was indicated in the upper left corner. As you'll see in the photo inserted, "Plus" is not visible in my latest install. Am I running Plus? If so, where does the program tell me that I am running Plus

We made design changes to RealPlayer. You will see a star (*) before your name on the top right corner of RealPlayer. This star indicates that you have Plus installed.
You should see like the screenshot below.
