Realplayer not working on I.E.

Hello,

 

I had to reinstall Realplayer and have checked for updates. However, it works fine on Google Chrome but I do not get the download video link box with Internet Explorer. I checked in the settings and the box is checked to add the dialog box in Internet Explorer for downloading, but no box appears, which it did before I had to reinstall Realplayer.
