Can't download anything when using Chrome.  The icon appears but it will read can't be found.  Same video using Explorer not a problem.  Yes have downloaded most recent patch.

  Do you have any firewall program installed? If yes, you will have to "Allow" RealDownloader in it. Please refer to your Firewall program's support on how to do this.
