Can;t Download

Today, June 20 I wanted to download a video. The download screen is there but Real downloader doesn't show the download information I always get so I'm unable to download. I believe I'm a premium member since I paid money about a year ago.

Please advise what I need to do to be able to download again. I have downloaded the latest update.

  Can you please let us know the following:

  1. What web browser are you using?

  2. Do you have any firewall programs installed?

  3. Which website are you downloading videos from?

  Using Internet Explorer, have been for many years

  Just the windows firewall

  Downloading from assorted adult websites

   

  Trouble started today
