Real Player plus

I can't get signed into real player plus.  I have had it for years.  Realplayer sucks.

  I have plus for along time. May still have but I can not burn CD/dvd. Freezes up every time I turn burn on.

  Anthony,

  We see that you have an active RealPlayer Plus. Can you please let us know what happens when you try to sign in? Are you seeing any error messages?

  In the meanwhile, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

  Would you know what kind of format you are trying to burn? Are you able to play these videos with RealPlayer?
