Downolading

I'm finding that videos will not download from YouTube.  This happened recently, since Windows and RealPlayer updates.  Videos seem to download from other sites and, sometimes, an occasional video will download from YouTube.  Otherwise, getting message that there is no videos to download, and, of course, there is a video to download.  I'm finding this on various computers; so I know it's not my equipment.  What is your timetable for fixing this problem?

  We are also noticing that certain videos are not being detected by RealDownloader. Our engineering team is investigating it. We will send you an email as soon as it is resolved.
