stream not found in burn DVD

I have a video playlist ready to burn but got a "stream not found" notice.

OS is windows 10.

  Usually such a message comes when either one of the files is not compatible with RealPlayer DVD burn or a problem with the DVD disk. Can you please let us know if RealPlayer is able to playback each of the files in the playlist?

  Yes the files play ok,  should I redownload realplayer ??

  You could use RealConverter to convert the video to MP4. Add this converted MP4 to your DVD burn list and let us know if it burns successfully. (This step will ensure that the video is clean and supported in DVD burn)
