Upgraded but still can't play DVDs
I have an email I originally used to sign up for free Realplayer.
I wanted to upgrade, so paid $43.99 on 10/31/2018. I had to use my alternate email address because RP said it was already in use, and I was unable to access it with them.
I used my alternate email. Now I am trying to sign in, and it doesn't recognize the alternate email that I paid the upgrade price for.
Happily, I can now sign in with my usual email, but the upgrade isn't recognized by RP.
Quite stuck. Any idea how to contact RP to fix this?
